Claim whenever you like once the Spirit has been parked two minutes, and unparking pays out too. A Spirit starts at 1.00x and climbs the longer it stays: 1.25x at a day, 2.00x at a week, 3.50x at thirty days. Unparking ends the stay and parking again starts the clock over.

The rooms
Each room pays one tokenized stock. Deposits are split by weight among the Spirits parked there, so fewer neighbours means a larger share of the same deposit.
The longer it stays, the larger its share

A room's deposit is split by weight, so a Spirit at 3.50x takes three and a half times the share of one that just arrived. Unparking ends the stay and parking again starts the clock over.
